AMH Promote in Bangor is a training centre which delivers training to adults with a learning need, with a view to progressing to employment options and/or further education. Clients who attend can gain qualifications and improve their life skills through a wide varied range of training and development programmes which in turn promote independence.

There are many different and creative classes on offer in AMH Promote Action, so each day is very varied and there is something to suit everybody. Action plans are used to tailor each client's individual need with a view to achieving their goals and aspirations, through an allocated key worker/tutor.

Our service is broken down into several elements depending on current and individual need - life skills, vocational, vocational/employment, and employment.

All work placements are supervised by our on-site Life Skills & Employment Coach, who keeps in close contact with employers and clients to ensure a smooth transition into a working environment.
