Mental Health is such a huge issue now that we all need to better understand these serious conditions and how stress can impact on our mental health. Those with caring responsilibilities need to take care of themselves as well in order to ensure that they are at their best for those they care for. Our course will help them to be more aware of when their own mental health is taking a hit and will give them the skills and awareness to help them combat these stresses and maintain good mental health.

This course is being delivered in partnership with the North Antrim Community Network
