Personal Resilience

The resilience course aims to teach employees and employers the best methods and techniques to better equip themselves to stand up to the pressures and stresses of life. Some of the things this course will examine are:

  1. What is stress and what causes it?
  2. What are the links between how we think and stress?
  3. Managing stress at home and in work
  4. Changing our ways of thinking
  5. Conquering stress
  6. Preventing stress from gaining a foothold

This course is open to anyone wishing to attend and will be held in Enniskillen Library. The course is being delivered in partnership with Health in Mind and is free to attend.
