The Basics of SUP will be covered in the class and the aim of each session is to paddle around Strangford Lough, learning a new activity whilst maximising your connection with nature and the outdoors. Exercise and time in nature are known to be hugely beneficial to your well-being.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a form of slow adventure. Therefore, it is the perfect way to switch off from the stresses of every day life. Furthermore, it helps with balance, agility and fitness.
