Stand up for Mental Health with our very first Stand Up Paddle Board Challenge.
Connect with nature and enjoy the physical & mental benefits of stand up paddle boarding in the great outdoors. The Basics of SUP will be covered in the class and the aim of each session is to paddle around Strangford Lough learning a new activity whilst maximise your connection with the outdoors.
Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is a form of slow adventure. Therefore, it is the perfect way to switch off from the stresses of every day life. Furthermore, it helps with balance, agility and fitness.
Enjoy 2 hours of interactive fun on the water!
