Children’s Mental Health Week 2026

It’s Children’s Mental Health Week

This week (9-15 Feb) is an opportunity for us to empower, equip and give a voice to every child in the UK.

At Action Mental Health we are marking this week with a Digital Detox challenge. We are encouraging individuals, families and pupils to take meaningful breaks from non-essential screen use. Not as a punishment, but as a chance to rest your minds, reconnect with others, and notice how digital habits affect wellbeing.

Check out our library of resources below to help you get involved in Children’s Mental Health Week this year. Discover activities to help children manage their emotions, tips for parents, and the benefits of taking on our Digital Detox challenge.
