  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.

How we Store Your Information

The information collected through our website forms is forwarded to our team via secure email, it is not automatically stored in a database. We will keep a record of our correspondence with you for the purposes of answering your enquiry. Your information will be purposefully retained if you make a donation or request further contact. You will only receive marketing material from us if you choose to opt-in either when you completed your original enquiry or during the course of making a donation. If retained, your details will be added to our database. For these purposes we store information using ‘Blackbaud E-Tapestry’ as our database, meaning your data will be stored securely on Blackbaud’s secure servers in the USA. Blackbaud operates under the ‘Privacy Shield’ agreement meaning it has stringent data protection and security policies in place and complies with all EU legislation on transfers and storage of data outside the EU – you can read more by visiting https://www.blackbaud.co.uk/privacy-shield. Every marketing correspondence you receive from us will provide you with the ability to unsubscribe or manage your communication preferences. Please note – we DO NOT store information such as credit card details or bank accounts. All credit card donations on our website are processed via Blackbaud Payment Services. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies
