Competition Rules

By entering our social media competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1️⃣ Eligibility: Open to UK and Ireland residents aged 18+. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.

2️⃣ How to Enter:

• • Make sure you’ve liked and shared our post and tagged a friend on either Facebook or Instagram.

3️⃣ Closing Date: Entries close at 23:59 on Sunday 29 March 2026. Any entries submitted after this time will not be counted.

4️⃣ Winner Selection:

• • 3 winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries.

• • Winners will receive two tickets for one of the Stand up for Someone comedy nights.

• • The winners will be contacted via email from our official Action Mental Health social media page (either Facebook or Instagram). If we receive no response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to select a new winner.

5️⃣ Prize Details:

• • The prize includes two ‘Best Seat’ tickets to Stand Up For Someone at either the Millennium Forum on Sunday 17 May 2026, or The MAC on either Friday 29 May or Saturday 30 May 2026.

• • Winners will be assigned their preferred date.

• • Travel and other expenses are not included.

6️⃣ Scam Warning: We will NEVER ask for personal or payment details. If you receive a suspicious message, please report it.

7️⃣ Changes & Cancellations: We reserve the right to amend or cancel the competition if necessary.
