Our adult counselling service is currently experiencing exceptionally high demand, reflecting wider pressures across mental health services.

To ensure we can continue providing safe, timely and effective support,  we are temporarily only accepting new referrals from individuals living in the following areas: Ardoyne/Crumlin, Colin and Lisburn.

We will review this position regularly and update this page as capacity allows.

For all other referals you can apply for counselling by clicking on the ‘Apply here’ button, above. You will be directed to our Referral Creation Wizard where you can complete your details to submit your request for counselling.

Action Mental Health strives to provide the best service possible to ensure you receive the most appropriate support for your needs. We do not automatically accept all referrals received and reserve the right for appropriate clinical decision making.
