Individual Placement Support

The most well-established method of ‘place then train’ in mental health is Individual Placement Support (IPS).

• Ongoing support once in employment for as long as you need

Who can access the programme:

Any service user that wishes to work and has an employment specialist in their community team.   Ask your Keyworker or Consultant today for a referral.
