Client success and celebrations in Antrim

Action Mental Health New Horizons applauded the achievements of almost 100 clients at their annual client certificate presentation this week in Antrim. The successes of clients over the last year were celebrated, with almost 300 certificates presented in a range of areas such as IT, healthy eating, personal development, photography and art.

AMH New Horizons assists adults recovering from mental ill-health. A range of person-centred programmes are offered in a friendly and relaxed environment.

Speaking at the event, John Davis, Service Manager said, “We are delighted to be celebrating the achievements of our clients here today. It is fantastic to see so many clients who have accomplished so much. I commend all those who have worked so hard and have been so dedicated over the past year to achieving their goals.

“We are hugely proud of the commitment shown by the clients to work to overcome the effects of mental ill-health to allow them to progress into new roles and further learning opportunities.

“I’d also like to pay thanks to our funders The Department for the Economy through the European Social Fund programme and the Northern Health and Social Care Trust who have enabled us to support our clients to improve their mental health and well-being.”
