Children’s Mental Health Week 2024

It’s Children’s Mental Health Week!

This week (5-11 Feb) is an opportunity for us to empower, equip and give a voice to every child in the UK. This year’s theme is ‘My voice matter’s, and we at Action Mental Health are joining with others all over the UK to ensure all children and young people, whoever they are, and wherever they are in the world, are able to say – and believe – that their voice does matter.

We’ve compiled a library of resources below that we hope will help you get involved in Children’s Mental Health Week this year. And don’t forget, we’ve also created a fun and uplifting playlist of music on Spotify, based on recommendations from our Youth Panel and our followers on social media. Check it out!
