Counselling for adults

Action Mental Health offers counselling services to Adults in our North, West and East Belfast premises as well as through outreach locations. We provide counselling support on an individual basis for wide range of issues with no upper age limit.

HOPE schools counselling

Action Mental Health are pleased to be working with the Education Authority to provide counselling and therapy in post primary schools across Northern Ireland. We provide individual and group counselling as well as drop-in sessions during the school term.

Postvention (supporting those impacted by suicide)

Action Mental Health offers support to families and communities (including sporting, youth, community clubs) impacted by suicide in the South Eastern and Belfast Trust areas who have been impacted by suicide.

Action Mental Health provides counselling services to children and young people in our North, West and East Belfast premises. We work in a child-centred way and different approaches are used depending on the age of the child or young person and the specific issues or difficulties they are experiencing.

How can we help?

Life can be difficult and there can be many challenges. Counselling offers a confidential time and space to talk through issues that may be causing you concern.

You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, work related stress, relationship difficulties with friends or family, issues relating to abuse, trauma, suicidal thoughts, self- harm, alcohol or drugs.
